Scope of Work
The current roof had cracked or broken tiles that let water in during a rain event. As a result, leaks and water damage on the inside of the home occurred. Actions Taken

Loose tiles were re-fixed securely. All the flashings were re-sealed with quality sealants and fasteners were replaced with stainless steel fasteners where rusted or degraded.
The ridge caps were re-bedded and a good quality sealant was applied to all joints and vulnerable areas to improve waterproofing. Once all the repairs were finished, we did a roof clean to remove moss, dirt and biological growth. The roof was then ready for the final sealant to be applied.
