3. Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required before works begin.

  • Payment is due within 7 calendar days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations may incur a call-out or rescheduling fee.

  • We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather conditions or safety concerns.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

  • We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on eligible roof restorations and repairs.

  • This guarantee excludes:

    • Storm damage, flooding, or events beyond our control

    • Faults due to poor building design or structure

    • Failure to maintain the roof as per our care recommendations

  • Warranty claims must be made in writing, with photos and proof of service.

6. Access and Safety

  • You agree to provide safe and timely access to your property.

  • Any delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

  • We comply with all WA workplace health and safety laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

  • We are not responsible for interior water damage caused by pre-existing leaks or structure issues not addressed in our scope.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, imagery, videos, and materials published by Fremantle Roofing Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

  • Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
