Step 1
Remove rusted valley irons.
Replace with new valley irons
Remove and replace broken roof tiles.
Rebed all ridge, gables and valleys
Step 2
Pressure clean entire roof with high pressure cleaners
Point all ridge capping and gables with acrylic flexible pointing compound
Apply one coat of Dulux primer/sealer
Apply two coats of Dulux roof membrane in colour of your choice
You have a new Roof
